Department Manager
Location – Leeds Bradford Airport
Pay – competitive annual salary, plus 12% Management Bonus

Contract – 37.5 hours per week, full time
Working pattern – 5 days out of 7, between 0400-2300
Department Managers at World Duty Free have a very important role to play in our stores, inspiring and driving the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, through coaching leading and role modelling store standards.
Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Lead, develop and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets in staff huddles
2. Focus on delivering an exceptional customer service experience
3. Role model the shop floor positively
4. Work collaboratively with your peers, the team of Customer Service Leaders
5. Maximise on your department / category performance
What do you need, to be a Department Manager at World Duty Free?
6. Experience in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate in clear manner in English to all levels of the organisation.
8. Customer focused and able to engage and influence internal and external customers.
9. Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member/ leader.
