You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings to managing international travel arrangements.
Your contributions will be key to keeping our department organised and effective!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and data entry\nArrange travel, accommodations, and process expense claims for staff\nCoordinate logistics for overseas visitors and assist in staff training sessions\nOrganise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when necessary\nSupport the Administration Manager in managing group diaries and scheduling\nCollaborate with another administrative assistant on invoice payments and purchase orders\nUndertake additional administrative tasks as directed by management \n\nWho You Are:\n\nWe're looking for someone who is not just skilled, but also a great team player!
