Industrial Refrigeration Service Administrator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answer and log incoming calls and requests from internal and external customers.
2. Coordinate engineer resources and labor in conjunction with other team members and the Service Manager.
3. Order parts and raise purchase orders for subcontractor labor where required.
4. Initiate first stage internal and customer escalation processes.
5. Take on projects as required and see them through to successful completion.
6. Prioritize customer contracts/outstanding calls and dispatch engineers.
7. Identify cost-saving initiatives.
8. Assist others with tasks that may be outside of the scope of your role, where possible.
9. Ensure adherence to all relevant company and legislative policies and best practices at all times.
10. Manage work in progress (WIP) effectively and efficiently from creation through to invoice completion and job closure.
11. Comply with Integral’s environmental policies and propose new ideas for improving environmental efficiencies.
12. Adhere to health and safety procedures with due regard for business constraints and efficiency.
13. Generate quotes for customers.
14. Update, upload, and check clients’ online systems and KPI reports.
15. Provide holiday cover for other administration roles.
16. Record and control cylinder rentals.
17. Provide day-to-day support to the Administration Supervisor in call management, call handling, and general administration of service contracts in line with customer and Integral KPIs.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
