Are you ready to join a Legal 500 firm in its highly reputable Dispute Resolution team? • This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning firm; named in the top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For, and benefit from long term career development opportunities. • The Dispute Resolution team deals with a varied caseload of general commercial litigation work and specialises in disputes that require urgent court action such as injunctions, freezing orders and search and seizure orders. • You will be exposed to a broad range of work including breach of contract claims, shareholder actions, partnership disputes, disputes relating to commercial agents, dealerships and distribution agreements, corporate/director fraud, regulatory obligations and health and safety compliance, professional negligence, defamation and insolvency and restructuring. • Your responsibilities will include advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times, preparing and reviewing legal documents, updating and consulting with Senior Associates, Directors and Partners and managing your own caseload. • You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team, be motivated, hard working and ambitious. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
