About the role
The Continuous Improvement Manager is accountable for our Fuel for Growth projects, including related P&L savings for the Northern Europe Business Unit. The main objective of the role is to drive supply chain efficiencies and gross savings through continuous improvement management and optimization.
Key responsibilities
1. Accountable for F4G project including financial tracking against target, ensuring gap analysis and mitigation plans are in place where needed across all clusters.
2. Unlock value at pace by driving cost-saving simplification projects for re-packing.
3. Collaborate for impact, ensuring adherence to BU complexity reduction by being accountable for strong delivery and execution of 9-box analysis E2E for Northern Europe.
4. Build own and team capabilities by clarifying learnings and ensuring process improvements in BU driven projects.
5. Prepare and present status/tracking and action plans for target fulfillment for senior stakeholders on a monthly basis across various projects.
6. Ensure clear RACI between cluster and project manager to trust the process and for target fulfillment to be reached once projects are started.
7. Focus on winning as One - streamline processes, co-drive commercial excellence projects and share best practices with the wider EU region.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
1. Experience in Supply Chain Operations management (Site/W&D/Planning/CS) - more than 5 years ideally.
2. Stakeholder management and Change management experience.
3. Strong continuous improvement mindset and analytical skills.
4. Great communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
5. Proven high agility and ability to learn and incorporate new knowledge in a short period of time.
6. A self-starter with a high level of accountability that ensures projects are followed through E2E.
Preferred
1. Great at prioritizing, comfortable with delegated responsibility and used to managing a lot of data.
2. Great commercial understanding and financial acumen.
3. The ability to keep a holistic approach when communicating with key stakeholders.
4. A strong positive mindset and a can-do spirit.
