Required for: 24 February 2025; 21 hours per week - 3.5 hours per day – 8.30-12.00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (mornings only) and 8 hours Wednesday – flexibility around times for the right candidate - term time only.
We are seeking to appoint a professional, organised, experienced administrator to join our admin team.
You will assist the Business Manager by ensuring the efficient provision of day-to-day financial and administrative support to the School, ensuring payment processes are carried out in a timely manner.
Main duties include:
1. Operating the School’s Financial system, which may include raising orders, inputting deliveries, processing invoices, and BACS runs.
2. General administration duties.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
