Role: Customer Services Advisor (Fixed Term - 9 Months) Location of Role: Carnbane, Newry Rule Purpose: To accurately input and check all orders, offering a high level of customer service at all times to our clients and customers & aiming to make the customers first impression a lasting one. To deal with telephone queries and orders in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities Communicate daily in a professional manner with customers and staff at all times. Assist the Customer Services team to accurately input and check all orders on our internal Warehouse management system within given deadlines. Deal with customer complaints and queries in a professional manner Liaise with the Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, Credit Control & Trading Departments with regards to your duties. Assist Sales Team on a daily basis and provide them with relevant sales reports & documentation. Provide full cover for the checkout area as and when required Process credit notes and notify relevant departments. Other administration and office duties as required. To act as an ambassador for S&W Wholesale and behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times. To work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. Essential Criteria Educated to at a minimum of GCSE Level or equivalent with Grade C in GCSE Math's / English. Proven customer service experience. Suitable experience of dealing with the public using a variety of communication methods. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Strong communication skills. Ability to work flexibly, on own initiative or as part of a team. Ability to prioritise and manage workload. Ability to interpret and process large amounts of information. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Highly proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel and mail merge. Willingness to undertake staff training & development as required. Desirable Criteria Possess or be working towards a degree or HND in a relevant discipline. 3-5 or more years experience working in a similar type role. Experience of working in an environment with substantial interface with customers via telephone, email or face to face communication. Passion for customer care and service. Experience of in house bespoke computer systems.
