Anglepoint is seeking to fill a Senior Analyst role in the ITAM Program Operations Team. You will collaborate and work with a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies. This role integrates with the broader IT Service Management framework to deliver exemplary software provisioning services, monitor license compliance, and ensure software-related incidents and requests are handled effectively and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Analyst you will:
* Collaborate with support teams to ensure that requests for software installation, access, or removal are handled efficiently and accurately.
* Act as a liaison between cross-functional collaborators to facilitate asset management processes and resolve software-related issues.
* Maintain license allocations, transfers, and removals through publisher portals, ensuring compliance with license agreements.
* Utilize SAM/ITSM tools to assess entitlement, consumption, and inventory data, making necessary configurations to maintain accuracy.
* Assist in software remediation and license harvesting efforts to optimize software usage and minimize compliance risks.
* Coordinate the software renewal calendar for prioritized publishers, provide timely notifications for upcoming software renewals and coordinate renewal activities across teams.
* Serve as the point of contact for data gathering in support of software license compliance activities, including Effective License Position (ELP) reports and software consumption assessments to key stakeholders.
* Upload publisher entitlements and contracts utilizing ServiceNow SAM Pro.
* Define the mandatory fields required to be populated per client requirement.
* Use license configuration, use rights, bundling rules, downgrade/upgrade rights to enable accurate reporting.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
* 1+ years of experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ITSM tool, ServiceNow, Jira) and Software Asset Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera), software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
* Strong knowledge of contracts, terms and conditions, and license metrics is highly recommended for publishers including but not limited to; Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, VMware.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL and ITAM/SAM frameworks.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively assisting users, clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and tickets efficiently.
* Analytical mindset to identify issues, spot patterns, and propose practical solutions.
* Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented approach to deliver high quality support.
* Solid interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other resources for continuous improvement.
* A strong desire to learn and work with various tools and platforms.
* UK based.
* May require local travel 20%.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Industry certifications including, but not limited to: ServiceNow, ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, IAITAM (CSAM, CHAMP), is favorable.
