Job Summary
We're seeking a Retail Shift Manager to maintain our high standards in a fast-paced environment. As a key part of the Store Team, you'll motivate your team, solve problems, and delegate tasks to ensure shifts run smoothly.
You'll be responsible for managing operations within your Store, handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management. Our customers expect the very best experience every time they visit, and we rely on you to deliver it.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
* Provide exceptional customer service and experience
