Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Training in panel wiring and building.
* Training in repairing inverters, motors and battery chargers.
* Understanding electrical schematics.
* Repairing units, under supervision.
* Assisting with assembly of control systems.
* Should be able to test and repair with minimal supervision.
* Further training with documentation and controls.
* Involvement in development projects, assisting with the design and build of test equipment.
