We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Computer Science to join our team in Inner London. This is an exciting role for a dedicated educator who is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for students.

As the Head of Computer Science, you will:
* Lead and develop a high-performing Computer Science department.
* Implement and deliver engaging and effective curriculum.
* Mentor and support a team of talented Computer Science teachers.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the school to promote a culture of innovation and creativity.
* Play a key role in shaping the school's IT strategy by sitting on the school's IT steering group alongside the Headteacher, Trust directors, and Deputy Head.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience as a successful Computer Science teacher
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for teaching and learning
