Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and HR? A renowned Oxford college is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll processing and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management (4 days/week)
1. Process monthly payroll and RTI submissions
2. Handle statutory reports and HMRC returns
3. Manage employee lifecycle changes in payroll systems
4. Administer pension contributions and auto-enrolment
2. HR Administration (1 day/week)
1. Support new starter onboarding processes
2. Assist with recruitment and training administration
3. Maintain HR systems and data
4. Administer employee benefits and reward schemes
Ideal Candidate:
1. 2–3 years of payroll processing experience
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
4. Customer-centric with outstanding communication abilities
5. Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
