This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The post holder will provide support to the Job Evaluation Team that primarily includes the maintenance and updating of the Job Evaluation element of the council’s HR system and associated spreadsheet/databases.
Major tasks include:
1. Responsible for ensuring all job evaluation groups are assigned, updated and recorded.
2. Responsible for ensuring that all the correct job evaluation information is received and recorded appropriately.
3. To actively participate in team and project meetings, including the preparation and presentation of appropriate documentation to relevant parties.
4. To be responsible for data entry into the HR system and associated spreadsheets, databases and SharePoint sites, ensuring that all post numbers are assigned to the correct evaluation.
5. To be responsible for ensuring all relevant corporate and project systems are up to date and accurately maintained.
6. To ensure that evaluations resulting from restructures and regradings are accurately recorded.
7. To ensure that Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, forms and structure information are appropriately recorded and filled.
