POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Advisor will assist with all aspects of the Human Resources department based at our offices in Farnborough. This position will support all functions of the department as a whole as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry). This position will report to the Human Resources Director, Europe. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the HR Director and International HR Business Partner with the company recruitment activity; including job adverts, candidate screening, interviewing, and the issuing of new starter paperwork. Guide managers and supervisors in the correct application of disciplinary procedures when addressing performance or behavior issues and act as a point of contact for employees who wish to raise grievances, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and impartially. Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related enquiries and concerns and assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues in a fair and effective manner. Provide guidance on both UK and European HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; including collaborating with teams to create and promote employee wellness programmes and activities. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Manage and analyse company SEIQ (Social, Environmental, Integrity, Quality) and PI (Performance Indicator) benchmarking data. Coordinate the performance evaluation process, including sending out evaluation forms, tracking completion, and following up with managers and employees. Maintain performance evaluation records and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for development. Collaborate with the HR team in the US to develop and maintain the European Careers Social Media presence; capture photos and videos to be posted on the company's Instagram account, showcasing the company culture and employee experiences. Provide administrative support to HR Director, Europe as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or similar discipline; Proven experience in HR related field preferably with exposure to all facets of the field; a combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will be ideally level 5 and working towards CIPD. Proven HR experience in HR is essential. Previous experience working with HRIS systems. This position will require occasional travel to other offices in the UK and Europe to support the business. Experience with basic office administrative procedures with knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment. Basic knowledge of recording keeping requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS Fluency in Italian, preferred Must have good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level. Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment. Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
