Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Director, this position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maximizing conversion rates and developing client relations. A strong understanding of the industry is desirable but not essential.
Main responsibilities:
New Business Opportunities:
* Identify new customer opportunities
* Proactively identify new market opportunities
* Develop tender documents specific to the customers need
* Produce cost proposals bespoke to the development
* Pitching sales to new customers (during and out-with standard work hours)
* Build, develop and manage sales pipeline through CRM system
Client Relations:
* Maintain and develop current client relationships
* Networking with clients to build on relationships
Record Keeping:
* Ensure CRM records are up to date and accurate
KPI’s:
Specific skills, capabilities & requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales-based role
* Proactive & enthusiastic about sourcing and converting sales
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Willing to travel
* Willing to attend events out of office hours
* Ability to work to targets
* Works well under pressure
