We are looking for a Regional Support Managerto ensure seamless service delivery during times when a service manager is absent or while a new manager is being recruited. Key Responsibilities:
* Service Management: Take full responsibility for managing services in the absence of a permanent manager, whether due to illness, annual leave, or during the recruitment of a new manager.
* Support & Transition: Provide induction, guidance, and a smooth handover to newly appointed service managers, ensuring they are set up for success.
* Quality Assurance & Support: Once the service is fully staffed, collaborate with the regional manager to conduct audits, oversee special projects, and ensure that action plans are executed effectively.
* Leadership & Compliance: Maintain high standards of care and service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company guidelines.
About You:
* Proven experience in service management within the care sector or similar environment.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources in a dynamic setting.
* Ability to manage transitions smoothly, supporting and inducting new managers as needed.
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes in care services.
* A proactive and hands-on leadership approach ensuring consistency and quality across all services.
You will be expected to cover our services in Yorkshire and South Cumbria. Must be a car driver and have own vehicle.
Salary up to £42,000 per year
