The successful Regional Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the safe management and efficient running of the maintenance teams in the Humber Region.
Ensuring that all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, actioned, and/or mitigated, while maintaining alignment with company expectations, policies, procedures, and guidance.
Implement and/or maintain maintenance KPIs and metrics that deliver the required information to different levels of the Company. Work with peers to supply appropriately risk-assessed, planned, and phased CAPEX funding requests to the Engineering and Project Teams.
To be successful in this role, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
1. Experience in a Regional Maintenance Managerial role with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a top-tier COMAH site.
2. Extensive experience in the management of safe systems of work practices, including permit control, risk assessments, and method statements.
3. Experience managing teams both on-site and remote workers.
