Job Description
As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be forefront of the business providing support to members handling a range of queries regarding their insurance products.
The role will be mainly telephone based and will also be communicating with customers over email and other platforms.
You will up holding the companies excellent reputation and exceeding service level agreements.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally previous contact centre experience however the business can be open and will look at transferable skills such as candidates from hospitality and retail.
An excellent confident telephone manner
A high level of empathy and understanding
Good listening skills
Excellent problem solving skills
The ability to work in fast paced environment
