Who we are and what is important to us:
Beyond unifies three technology-driven brands, Wonde, Evouchers and Secure Schools. Each brand shares a vision to reduce the friction of adapting technology, to help customers navigate an often overwhelming area and provide powerful solutions that make their everyday life easier.
The three brands run independently with the autonomy to continue to prosper, although as part of the Beyond team, you’ll join a wider, supportive environment where you’ll be able to pull on the expertise and capabilities of the group. We do not limit ourselves to standing still. We look ahead and strive to disrupt the sector we operate in. We believe technology should not be complicated or overwhelming. It should do what it says - quickly, safely and efficiently.
Who Holiday Activities is:
Holiday Activities (part of Evouchers) is a digital platform designed to help local authorities deliver the Department for Education’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. We work in partnership with councils and providers across the UK to make it easier for families to discover and access free, enriching activities during school holidays. Our mission is to ensure every eligible child can benefit from high-quality holiday programmes that support physical and mental wellbeing, social connection, and nutritional health. By streamlining the booking, administration, and reporting processes, we empower local teams to focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional experiences to children and families.
Job snapshot:
As an Account Manager at Holiday Activities, you’ll play a central role in supporting local authorities to deliver impactful and accessible holiday programmes through our platform. You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of partners, building trusted relationships, understanding their unique needs, and helping them get the most out of our technology and services. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends customer success, project coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support the effective delivery of the HAF programme. Your work will directly impact the lives of children and families across the UK, making free holiday activities more accessible to those who need them most.
What you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority partners, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Deliver engaging, tailored demonstrations of the HAF platform to key stakeholders, supporting confident adoption and use.
* Understand stakeholder goals and challenges, providing hands-on support to help them achieve a successful HAF programme delivery.
* Lead the end-to-end management of pipeline projects — from initial concept through to execution and review.
* Identify and implement new ways of working by researching best practices and driving continuous process improvement.
* Explore and evaluate tools and technologies that can enhance delivery and contribute to the success of the division.
* Proactively network with public sector organisations and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and support strategic growth.
* Produce clear, accurate reports and updates on the progress of key projects and potential opportunities.
* Provide responsive and informed support through a variety of channels, including email, video calls, and phone.
* Offer advice and insights to colleagues across the Evouchers group, contributing to shared business objectives in areas of expertise.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to shape and expand the scope of existing opportunities.
Requirements
What we’re hoping you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in an account management or customer success role, with a track record of building strong, lasting relationships.
* Experience working in a Tech/SaaS environment is desirable.
* Confident and adaptable communicator, able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels and sectors.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work against defined objectives, timelines, and competing priorities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, someone who takes ownership, drives progress, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* A growth mindset with a genuine desire to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously develop professionally.
* Creative thinker with the ability to spot opportunities, generate new ideas, and approach problems with curiosity and initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to clarity and accuracy.
* A positive, collaborative attitude and a strong sense of team spirit, with a commitment to both individual and shared success.
