Import Coordinator - Responsibilities
* Communicating with various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
* Raising internal files.
* Handling Air and Sea Freight.
* Raising invoices.
* Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary.
* Checking arrivals.
* Arranging collections and deliveries, ensuring to meet customer deadlines.
* Following up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Import Coordinator - Requirements
* Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium-sized freight forwarder.
* Experience in importing live pets is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
* Competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Strong and dynamic team player.
Import Coordinator - Remunerations
* Monday to Friday, #removed# hrs.
* £30,000 - £35,000.
* Company laptop.
* Overtime offered with additional pay.
* Company phone if required.
* Standard holiday plus bank holidays.
* Onsite parking.
