The Role
The Entertainment Manager will create and deliver in-park experiences, from on-court activities and games to SEN sessions, group bookings, birthday parties, and special events. They will ensure big-time fun is had by all that visit and that no one leaves without incredible memories and a desire to return! They will lead, motivate and train the Bouncers and Party Hosts to engage, play and have fun with jumpers, climbers, fun-seekers and party-goers alike. Passion for fun and adventure is a must, along with the enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, service-led environment. Brilliant Basics in entertainment are inextricably linked to health and safety and working in a secure environment, you will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure compliance in all areas.

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in a leisure/adventure/family park mgt. role
* Experience delivering events
* Experience working with children
* Experience with financial data and KPI management
* Experience in managing and leading a team
* Excellent customer service and engagement skills
* Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
* Tech-savvy
* Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications
* IOSH qualification desirable
* A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks etc.
