Customer Service Agent - Part Time (20-25 hours a week across 4 or 5 days)

About The Job: We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, administration, and general support across various communication channels like inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and more. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, documenting interactions accurately, managing service requests, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-through
2. Document customer interactions and tasks accurately
3. Update customers and associated departments on service/access requests
4. Assist with reports and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate input
5. Support new starters with induction and training
6. Maintain and achieve KPIs, objectives, and customer satisfaction measures
7. Represent the organisation professionally and act with utmost integrity
8. Follow all quality assurance and customer service/training guidelines
9. Be flexible to work occasional overtime during busy periods
10. Actively engage in continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
11. Maintain positive working relationships with multiple functions
Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience preferred
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
