HSE Advisor
EPC & Renewable Energy Sector
Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits
Omega is working with a leading renewable energy company, seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support its Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business line. This vital role ensures the highest safety standards across projects, fostering a culture of safety and compliance while coordinating key HSE deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Support EPC Business Line throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with and coordinate project deliverables from HSE supply chain partners
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety policies and objectives are achieved
Promote HSE culture within the business through communication, training programs, systems support, and advice to the project team
Ensure compliance within HSE Requirements and local regulatory compliance
Support the coordination of HSE supply chain resources and equipment required for project deployment across the UK project portfolio
Conduct regular HSE compliance inspections and audits of internal and external EPC sites
Organize and facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment workshops
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in HSE Management
5+ years' experience in construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors
Strong knowledge of UK Construction Health & Safety Regulations
Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
Tech IOSH membership or equivalent professional affiliation
