The role
To supervise daily operations, development and management within Glasgow Science Centre catering outlets, including Café and Corporate Events.
Assist Event Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in operational delivery of catering outlets and Corporate Events activities.
Supervise catering outlets and corporate events under direction of Events and Food & Beverage Management Team.
Deliver GSC's 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with training and development of catering team for 5-star service delivery.
Requires friendly, professional and hardworking attitude, ability to work in team, high standards and passion for excellence and creativity in catering and customer service.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
