We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team in Swindon starting on 6th January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive worksite, with competitive pay and the chance to be part of an exciting construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
General labouring tasks, including assisting tradesmen and site supervisors
Moving and distributing materials around the site
Cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment
Handling tools and equipment safely
Assisting with site preparation and other duties as required by the site manager
Following all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment
What We're Looking For:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience on construction sites preferred but not essential
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual
Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
