The Role:
* Supporting the Account Management team through ordering, stock management, and customer service
* Providing assistance to the internal teams such as sales, technical sales reps, suppliers and the finance team
* Being the go-to/point of contact for customer correspondence
The Person:
* You have 1+ years experience in a customer service role
* You excel in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
* You have a consultative mindset and enjoy solving problems creatively
* You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
* You are goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance targets
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities effectively
