WhatWe’reLooking For:
• As an integral member of the management team,you’llsupport the effective operational management and leadership ofthe service.
• You’llact as the senior point of contact for all administrative matters, communicating complex, sensitive and confidential information including patient data, co-ordinating communication and makingappropriate decisionsto escalate to senior managers when necessary.
• Someone whocanpromote and encourage good working relationships across the service by supportingeffectivecommunicationschannels,reviewingand improving existing procedures where necessary.
You’ll act as the senior point of contact for all administrative matters, communicating complex, sensitive and confidential information including patient data, co-ordinating communication and making appropriate decisions to escalate to senior managers when necessary.
You’ll liaise confidently and effectively with all levels of staff within the Trust, including patients and visitors, voluntary and external organisations including Slough Borough Council.
To provide operational leadership to the teams of administrative, reception and secretarial staff to ensure a responsive and flexible service. To plan and allocate resources as required ensuring the efficient use of such resources.

The “must haves” for this role:
• Experience of working in a business or administrative role
• Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable level of knowledge in a relevant discipline
• Excellent knowledge and experience of using a variety of IT packages (such as MS Office) and other electronic systems (RiO, ESR, Dragon Software, etc.)
