Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in FY4, Blackpool. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs (SEN) who exhibit challenging behaviour.
About You:
* Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential (TA qualification not required).
* A calm and positive approach with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and manage behaviour in line with the school's policy.
* A flexible and adaptable team player with a commitment to inclusion.
