**Job Title: Solution Owner – 12 month FTC Position** **Location: Hybrid London/Glasgow or Remote**
Be-Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for a Finance Solution Owner to join our client’s team in Glasgow. As a Solution Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions (FO & CE) as part of the organisation's wider Digital Transformation Programme.
The Solution Owner is the primary communicator and link between the Finance Business Lead, Solution Implementation Partner, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), additional stakeholders and project teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for quality to meet business requirements of design, build, testing and business readiness ensuring communication of changes/progress to stakeholders and the Business Lead
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for the Finance function.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with organisational goals and user needs.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a Solution Owner or similar role within Dynamics 365 projects.
- Strong background in Project Accounting or Finance-related functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous, however previous experience of operating successfully in a Finance project environment is more important.
