Admissions Officer Autism Together is a growing provider of residential, supported living and day services, and we are looking to recruit a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and experience of supporting individuals with Autism in a social care setting to work within the Admissions Team, supporting new admissions to support this growth. The postholder will assist the Admissions Manager and Operational Director to complete holistic assessments of new referrals in their current settings and design bespoke packages of support, along with costings and transition plans. We are looking for a creative and proactive individual, who has excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with muti-disciplinary teams including commissioners, health and social care professionals as well as families and people we support. The successful candidate will be able to complete holistic assessments, and produce excellent written reports, including transition and support plans as well as costings for presentation to commissioning bodies. Individuals applying for the position will need to be able to be creative and experienced in care delivery for individuals with needs across the autism spectrum. What you will be doing… Completing independent assessments of individuals referred into our service. Compiling timely comprehensive reports, with a focus on individuals’ outcomes and costings to present to commissioners. Supporting new enquiries for services through various media. Conducting tours of services for individuals. Representing Autism Together at various marketing events. Contributing to development meetings for services to influence future needs. To ensure accurate records and reporting systems.
