Hays are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Manager. This is a fully office based role-Monday to Friday 9 -, based in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a customer care and retentions team, where you will be required to nurture, build and develop the team. Line manager experience of 5 years+ is essential. You will be point of contact for all aspects of the customer's journey, ensuring positive oues. You will help with existing customers and also add more customers and help grow the customer base. You will manage the customer relationships effectively and will also work well with the other representatives and support teams. You will handleplaints, produce reports and pull together management information.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience is essential, you will have extensive management experience, you will have good technical knowledge. You will have excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You're proactive, can work off your own initiative and can work to tight deadlines. This is fully office based.
