Procurement Manager - Facilities Management, Macclesfield/ Cambridge/ Remote, £500 per day LTD / UMB –Outside IR35 – 12 Month initial contract with high potential to progress/develop.

Your New Role
As the Procurement Associate Director for Facilities Management, you'll be the driving force behind our category strategy and commercial partnerships, fuelling our Workplace strategies. You'll craft long-term strategic plans, manage costs, and innovate sourcing and supplier management. By collaborating with key stakeholders and the market, you'll ensure our Category Strategies meet evolving business needs, continually enhancing our supply base.
This role involves developing strategic plans for facilities management and real estate, driving global procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and advising on contracts and sustainability initiatives.
You will oversee diverse categories like hard and soft services, security, occupational health, and real estate, collaborating with stakeholders from manufacturing to R&D. This is a transformative moment for our facilities management strategy, as we pioneer new ways to meet changing workplace demands, fostering a vibrant, collaborative environment on our journey to becoming an $80bn organisation by 2030.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in sourcing facilities management categories, including hard and soft services, security, occupational health, and real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement category management expertise within the EMEA region, proven supplier relationship and senior stakeholder management skills, and leadership experience in a global matrix environment. Excellent communication, influencing skills, and the ability to manage risk and ambiguity are essential. Fluency in English and a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience are required.
