My client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to their executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Support project management and assist with business initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
