The Accounts Administrator role
Deliver a high-quality accounts payable service to internal and external customers
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner adhering to supplier terms and conditions
Complete monthly statement reconciliations to agreed deadlines
Ensure weekly payment runs in accordance with supplier payment terms
Collaborate with the Finance Manager to complete payment runs
Utilise all forms of communication, in line with the Ian Williams values
Develop your knowledge, skills and experience across the Accounts Payable team to provide cover; during peaks in activity and for absence and holiday
Act in line with CIS regulations when inputting invoices, applications and verifying subcontractors.
What will you bring:
Previous experience in an accounts department or working within Purchase Ledger is advantageous.
You take pride in delivering a professional service, with a “what’s the solution” attitude
You have excellent time management skills to ensure you meet tight deadlines
Communicating effectively, is important to you, building relationships with internal and external customers
Confident in using MS packages, specifically proficient in Excel
You may be an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator or looking to further your career; we are open to considering all experience levels.
