About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to be part of a dynamic HR team. This position is an integral part of both recruitment and administration; however, there is also the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of other key HR responsibilities across the department. This role would be great for an HR Graduate or an individual who is keen to expand their HR knowledge and experience.
This is a full-time office-based role and would suit someone who has a HND level or above in Human Resources or Business Management. If this is not the case, the ideal candidate would be expected to engage in Further Education in the field of HR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Review applications on the application tracker system.
- Carrying out face-to-face and telephone interviews.
- Helping in the recruitment process, providing administrative support as and when needed.
Induction
- Prepare induction documentation, shoes, clock cards and issue inductions lists on a weekly basis.
- Assist in presenting at group inductions.
- Ensure transport arrangements are accurate and up to date. Management of lists, issuing of cards and effective and timely communication with all parties including transport provider, Company Drivers and Management.
Training
- To support with organising and facilitating annual/ah-hoc training both online and in person.
- Update Training records on the HR System and issue certificates (if applicable).
General
- Handle incoming calls and follow up enquiries.
- Process new employees, leavers, and internal transfers.
- Prepare and issue Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Ensure regular communication with Payroll.
- Any other tasks and projects required.
