Whatyou’ll be doing:
* Manageproject responsibilities to enable the successful operation of astrategically important internationalprogramme
Coordination and managementof International Knowledge Transfer Activities, includingWorkshops, andEmbedment’s Managing senior levelengagements with international partners and BAES business seniors Recruit and grow an internalteam and manage personnel, and network with many departments andpersonnel, to deliver theprogramme Formulate policies anddevelop project plans with full managementauthority
Your skills and experiences:
* Experienced professional with extensive knowledge ofProject Management (tools, techniques,practices)
Demonstrates good awarenessof commercial practices within own projectarea Developed communication anddiplomacy skills. Able to persuade and influence internal &externalstakeholders Demonstrated leadershipexperience with strongcapability Membership of APM (or memberof an equivalent professional institution orassociation)
