About the role
Due to our continued success and rapid expansion, Nerdio is looking for a new Partner Success Manager (PSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will sell software to MSPs who sell services to small and medium-sized businesses. Ideal candidates for this position will have AVD, Citrix, VMware, VDI, DaaS and RDS knowledge selling to MSP channel partners. The role reports to the Manager of MSP Sales for EMEA.

What you'll do
1. Build and develop partner relationships with MSPs to uncover AVD and W365 opportunities and drive them to a close;
2. Conduct product demonstrations of Nerdio Manager for MSP to key MSP stakeholders while explaining business benefits, including both C-level and technical stakeholders;
3. Grow and nurture relationships and cadence within and around pipeline creation and management, including sales forecasting, deal conversion planning and aligned joint opportunity pursuits;
4. Utilize our CRM to manage opportunities including customer contact documentation, customer needs and active projects;
5. Develop and nurture prospective clients from conferences, LinkedIn and proactive outbound communication;
6. Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
1. 2+ years of technical sales experience;
2. 2+ years of VDI experience;
3. 1+ years of MSP or channel sales experience, whether selling to MSPs or at an MSP;
4. Familiarity with AVD, Citrix or VMware VDI DaaS technologies is desirable, but not essential;
5. Azure AZ-900 certification is desirable, but not essential.

The pay range for this role is:
140,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Remote - United Kingdom)
