Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff. About you We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment. You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
