Due to recent success in project tendering, an SME has partnered with Access to find several great Architectural technicians to join their firm in the greater Southampton area. Established over 40 years ago, they have a great name within the industry. The practice specialises in residential projects, working alongside some top residential developers and investors, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills and project portfolio. The company has several offices across the south of England where they have highly skilled Technicians, Architects and Urban designers working out of. This is a great opportunity for someone to join an incredibly successful business.
The successful candidates will be going in and working with experienced technicians on several residential projects at one time, therefore you must have significant experience within the residential sector. You will have sound technical knowledge and an in depth understanding of building regulations. Each day will not be the same, one day you could be working on a 200+ dwelling site and the next a singular home, therefore you much be able to adapt.
Experience:
* 2+ Years experience within the UK market
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience working on residential projects in the UK, with either developers, clients or housebuilders
* Proficient In AutoCAD- REVIT is desirable but not essential
