That's why every member of our team goes above and beyond to help older people to enjoy full and happy lives. Act as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation for Support Office Team members. Work closely with HR to maintain and update office policies as necessary. Manage all IT and office equipment. Handling inquiries from residents, families, and external stakeholders with professionalism and empathy. Oversee office services to ensure smooth operations. Could you be part of our team? About You: We re looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our team. Previous demonstrable experience working in a a similar role within a similar environment Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care. System knowledge of QCS, Radar, Camascope and PCS (not essential as training can be given) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
