The School of Global Affairs at Lancaster University seeks to appoint a 0.5fte Teaching Associate in German Studies on a fixed-term basis. We welcome applications from those with proficiency in German and cultural knowledge of German-speaking countries and communities, hold at least a postgraduate qualification in languages or a related field and have experience of language teaching in higher education. A first degree in German Studies (single or combined) or a related discipline would be an advantage. International placement year preparation and administrative duties form part of this role.
