Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to the team and contribute to maintaining our 5-star customer service rating.
* Engage with customers promptly, courteously, and effectively.
* Ensure the accuracy of data entry into our database.
* Create, update, and maintain documents, and assist in keeping the business as paperless as possible.
* Collaborate across departments and with different team members as part of your personal development.
* Attend external meetings, property visits, and occasionally observe court sessions during possession cases to expand your knowledge.

Location & Hours:
Based in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent, this is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, including Saturdays on rotation. You will receive a day off in lieu for weekend work, and may be required to cover for staff during absences. Time for study during business hours will be provided.

Basic Pay: £30,000.00 + further commissions
Enhanced pay for level 3 & level 4 qualified

Schedule:
* 9 hour shift
* Monday to Friday Saturday rotating lieu day (where needed)
