Our client based in Paisley requires a Class 2 HGV Bin Lorry Driver. Pay: per hour PAYE - 4 on 4 off long term work.
Your new role
As a Class 2 HGV Bin Lorry Driver, you will be expected to collect and transport waste bins. Drive safely and efficiently to and from various locations, following the assigned route sheet and using a satellite navigation system. Check the vehicle for any defects or damages before and after each shift, and report any issues to the manager.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A valid Class 2 license, CPC, and Tachograph required.
2. A good knowledge of the local area and road network.
3. A flexible and customer-focused attitude.
4. A willingness to work as part of a team and assist with loading and unloading.
5. Commitment to health and safety and environmental standards.
6. 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
7. Must be willing to work some weekends.
Shift: 7am-4pm.
