Job Title: Client Service Coordinator (Hybrid working)
Location: Claydon
Salary: £25K - £35K
Our client is in the Financial Services industry and is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities for the Client Service Coordinator role include:
1. To ensure all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively, delivering a positive experience for clients.
2. Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisors.
3. Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings.
4. Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing matters on behalf of the Advisors.
5. Ensure the post-meeting processing is completed within deadlines.
6. Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow.
7. Produce suitability letters for simple transactions, for example, post-meeting reports, bed and ISA, and fund switch letters.
For the Client Service Coordinator role, you will need:
1. Min of 3 years' experience in an administration role within the financial services sector.
2. A good understanding of the advice process.
3. Exceptional organisational skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships.
6. A strong work ethic and a flexible attitude.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
9. Knowledge of industry-specific software systems.
