The CDM Advisor Role
1. The successful CDM Advisor will be an essential part of the team, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations across a variety of high-profile projects.
2. Acting as the Client CDM Advisor, offering expert guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases.
3. Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and risks are managed effectively.
4. Collaborating with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare and review essential health and safety documentation, including pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
5. Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards.

The ideal CDM Advisor will have
7. Proven experience in CDM advisory roles.
8. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health and safety practices.
9. A background in construction or design.
10. Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, TechIOSH, or APS membership.
11. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
