We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Speke.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our established team at our New Mersey Shopping Park store in Speke.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations. You will develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to create an environment where our employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey with regular 1-2-1’s, training, and support, and provided with the tools to thrive.

About you:
1. The successful candidate must have a passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos.
2. You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail.
3. Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in managing, motivating, and training a team.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Efficient and highly organized with a customer-focused attitude.
7. In-depth knowledge of the industry.
