A quick look at the role
The role holder will work within the Financial Control Team to develop and lead on pro-active credit control and debt management analysis and support purchase ledger with invoice processing, weekly payments runs and supplier reconciliation. The role will also include day to day accounting tasks, assisting the Financial Controller.

Your core responsibilities
* Lead in Credit Control and Debt Management
* Post bank receipts and bank reconciliation
* Assist with weekly accounting tasks including analysis and cash flow
* Assist with Month End processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliation
* Support Purchase Ledger with invoice processing and supplier reconciliations
* Prepare both international and domestic payments to suppliers when due

Our essential requirements
* GCSE English and Maths
* 3 years finance experience
* NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Accounting
* Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
