Job snapshot: As Evouchers Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product development process, bridging the gap between our engineering team and the broader organisation. Your role will involve translating business objectives into technical requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. Your ability to build strong relationships with engineering and other team members, coupled with your technical expertise, will be critical to your success. What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and establish the product vision and strategy. Take responsibility for building out the product roadmap based on the direction received from senior leadership. Communicate the product vision, roadmap and strategy to engineering and broader teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Lead sprint planning sessions with the engineering team. Prioritise tasks and user stories based on business value, technical complexity, and resource availability. Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure user stories accurately reflect business requirements and are actionable for the engineering team. Effectively prioritise the product backlog based on strategic priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities. Adjust priorities as needed based on stakeholder feedback and changing business conditions. Take ownership of prioritising bugs within the current workload, ensuring efficient resolution and alignment with project timelines. Build strong relationships with engineering teams, UX/UI designers, marketing, sales, and customer support. Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to release. Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any issues that may arise during development. Assess the technical feasibility of product features and enhancements. Work closely with engineers to evaluate risks, constraints, and trade-offs to make informed decisions. Conduct market analysis, gather user feedback, and analyse the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Develop, compile, and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders, facilitating transparency and informed decision-making. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and usability. Participate in testing and validation processes to verify that technical requirements are met and user expectations are exceeded. Requirements What we’re hoping you’ll bring: A strong track record as a Product Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. Experience working in a Tech/SaaS environment, ideally with B2B or B2C software products. Proven track record of managing multiple projects within ambitious timelines. Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally. Strong stakeholder management skills with the willingness to challenge and be challenged (we love new ideas). Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities. Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technical solutions. Familiarity with product management best practices across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch activities. Proficiency in agile methodologies, including iterative development, sprint planning, and backlog management. Ambition and initiative to drive change with the confidence to embrace new ways of working in an ever-moving sector. Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
