Job Title: People Services Advisor (Reward & Analytics)
Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid
Salary: £35,094 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced HR professional, who ideally has experience in Reward related activities, to join our centralised People Services Team.
What does this role involve?
Working within the People Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for all reward and recognition queries. You will support the Reward Manager in implementing and administrating employee benefits programs, analysing data, producing reports and coordinating employee recognition events.
Day to day, you will:
* Provide accurate and timely analysis of people related data and highlighting trends to the People Team and internal stakeholders to support them in making informed business decisions.
* Collate and present data for annual benchmarking, pay reviews and reward activities.
* Prepare and analyse performance data to determine bonus eligibility, ensuring an accurate and compliant process.
* Provide administrational support on reward strategies being implemented.
* Support the People Service Team with administration tasks relating to the full employee lifecycle.
* Promote employee recognition programmes to the business identifying areas where uptake is low, or improvements can be made.
* Coordinate and plan employee recognition events such as celebratory dinners and awards.
Who are we looking for?
You will come from a HR background and used to handling sensitive data.
Your previous experience analysing, interpreting and presenting data will enable you to hit the ground running.
You will have an interest and willingness to learn Reward related activities. Any previous experience completing salary benchmarking and producing people related reports would be advantageous.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a meticulous attention to detail.
