The Senior Global Marketing Manager serves as a critical leader in driving the global marketing vision, strategy, and execution for the organization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between marketing leadership and regional teams, owning the development of high-impact campaigns, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Global Marketing Manager is a partner to leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the formulation of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market dynamics. Identify opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to the team. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on marketing innovations and brand evolution. Global Campaign Ownership: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and channels. Lead major product launches and branding initiatives/ activation, ensuring market readiness and impact. Champion innovative marketing approaches, including cutting-edge digital tools, data-driven personalization, and new content formats. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary conduit between regional marketing teams and global leadership, ensuring strategic coherence and operational efficiency. Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Team Development and Leadership: Mentor and guide regional and global marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Build and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Brand Stewardship: Shape the long-term vision of the brand by driving consistency and resonance across markets. Establish and enforce global brand standards, enabling scalability and cohesion. Analytics and Optimization: Reach KPIs and performance metrics for global campaigns. Leverage data analytics to derive insights, assess marketing ROI, and inform future strategies. Budgetary Accountability: Oversee the global marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and maximizing ROI. Provide regular budget forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred. 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in global or regional leadership roles. Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing strategies for multinational brands. Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and multi-channel campaign management. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and influence at senior leadership levels. Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results.
